We have enjoyed an amazing preschool for the last several years and will miss so much seeing Miss Danai and Miss Jill three times a week. Katelyn and Megan began Preschool two years ago as three year olds, a little quiet and shy, but have really blossomed making lots of new (independent of each other) friends. They love the craft projects centered around letters and numbers, songs, cooking projects, field trips, and their friends. More than the all of the great things about this preschool they have LOVED their teachers and their teachers have LOVED them. Really, truly caring about them and there little lives. During their little ceremony both Miss Danai and Miss Jill teared up talking about these kids and how much they love spending time with them!
Here they are with the favorite school friend, Zoie
(recognize her from June's Family Friend magazine cover, she's a doll!)
I can’t believe my twins are headed to Kindergarten, where has the last five years flown? It seems as if it were yesterday that they were just born, placed on my chest, being flooded with a feeling of being totally overwhelmed, and then immediately followed by a great feeling of peace and the love our Heavenly Father has for them and for me. Raising twins has not been easy, but it has stretched me as a Mother in ways I didn’t know were possible. We love watching these girls and how close they are, constantly together. It’s been rewarding to watch their tight relationship as well as their own individual personalities and strengths develop. How blessed we are to have them in our family.
