Leg warmers and un-tied high-tops


We had a great time last weekend at our ward 80's night.  I broke out the leg warmers, stretch pants (oh they are unflattering to ANY body, I'm glad we aren't still wearing those), bright pink shirt, black leather belt, and of course the ratted bangs, side ponytail and blue eye-shadow.  Yikes!  Tyler wore his un-tied high tops, bright green shirt (collar up, sleeves rolled) and pegged jeans.  Our activities commitee had done an awesome job decorating with tons of 80's movie posters and board games, vintage Atari games, an air-brushed photo backdrop, even the cardboard came out for break-dancing.  In addition they had collected 80's photos for an awesome slide-show.
It was a great night!

    Ok, Rachelle, Did you really have these clothes on hand or did you have to hit the DI? Sounds like you had a great time. Isn't it amazing how things come together in the church?
