Why Mormons Build Temples

While working on a fun project for my kids and nieces and nephews (post coming soon), I came across this picture of the Sacramento Temple I took in May 2008 and was so excited because of it's beautiful spring colors and early evening lighting.  My brother-in-law and his cute family were visiting and we enjoyed our dinner on the nearby grass and a Family Home Evening lesson about what temples mean to us. 

I knew I wanted to print this photograph and hang it in our home.  I knew some of the visitors to my home would see it in it's prominent place in my entry way and wonder why we (members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints) have these temples.  And then I remembered this video...ENJOY!
