Aubrey hosted a going away party for her sweet friend, Aly who is moving to Maryland for a year. There was lots of food, games and a few boys who came later on.
The two of them needed one more trip to the mall together before the move.
Really are they old enough to go to the mall by themselves?
On the way home they wanted to make a quick stop for a picture in front of their school together.
They are so cute and I love their friendship!
Somehow they talked their parents who don't allow sleepovers into the NEED for one.
Aly's family had moved out that morning and so of course, we had a bed to spare!!
Aly asked her to care for her pet fish while she is gone.
LOL! It's plastic so we should be able to handle that!
The dreaded morning arrived and it was so hard to say good-bye to this family we adore.
There were lots of tears.
Rocklin will miss them, but we are excited for what fun adventures their family will have!
It's never easy saying good bye to your best friend. Stay in touch with each other so you can start again where you left off when she returns. You are so lucky to have such a great friend. Good luck Aly!
