After a great experience last year volunteering with Stop Hunger Now we were excited to again be a part of it this year. A few of our friends attend St.Augustine Episcopalian Church and they again were hosting this super event. The pictures tell the story. We packed 10,000 meals during our two hour shift and the best part is that everyone, including Matthew can contribute in a significant way!
Although everyone looks pretty somber in this (it really wasn't this boring, we were listening to music and talking the entire time...although in this pic I think they were trying to look focused) this shows how we all worked together adding soy, rice, vitamins and vegetables.
This is a great service oriented, family tradition!

Such a great way to serve others outside of the church. It's so nice to know that other organizations are service oriented. What a good project to involve the whole family. Love to all!
