2nd Annual Heidi Run

It was another great run celebrating the life of Heidi Greenwood. 

 (Her first run is here.)  Seeing the community come out in such a huge way is so fun and rewarding.  I was able to be a small part again on the planning committee, helping gather donations for after race snacks for the runners as well as taking photos of the event.

  Katelyn and Megan came with me to fill race packets the Saturday before. 

They are GREAT helpers!

The day of the was again so awesome!  I LOVED being 

part of the positive energy and spirit that was there!

This is my sweet friend Paige and me, before the race started.  She was emotionally moved by the fantastic turnout and love for her family.  They are an awesome family and goodness is contagious!

Here are a few of the ladies who helped with all the details.

Aubrey was sick that weekend and at home in bed, but the rest of my family ran either the 5K (Megan and Andrew) or the 1 mile fun-run (Tyler, Katelyn, and Matthew).

 

 We all had a great time!
