Andrew's birthday got stretched out over a full week.
First his family party in Utah a few days before.
Next his actual birthday, the morning I left for Age of Sail field trip.
And finally this was an "on" year for a friend party.
The morning of his birthday he had a special breakfast, sticky buns, and opened his gifts.
He was pretty excited about these cool canvas prints we got him...go BYU!
Friday we had his "friend party". We met the boys at the rock climbing wall. It was a fun time since only a few of them had ever done it before. Afterwards we came back to our house for pizza, ice cream cake, and games. Capture the sock has become quite popular with these boys in our cul-de-sac.
Andrew wanted an ice cream cake with a layer of brownies, then mint chocolate chip ice cream, hot fudge, and whipping cream! It was a hit!
We love Andrew and are so grateful to have him in our family.

It's a good thing Andrew is still young for a birthday to go on for a week must make him at least a year older! Happy Birthday Andrew! Hope it was a "touchdown"! Love to all!
