To finish off our swim season we compete at our area's Swim Champs Meet.
It was an intense day with hundreds of swimmers and races.
The pool raced two heats (eight lanes) each which helped the day go by quickly,
but we were still there 12 hours!!
Our car fit right in, all decorated for our team...GO WAVE!!
Uncle Brandon was in town (for a friend's wedding, but we were so grateful to have him stay
overnight with us) and somehow I missed getting any pictures of his face.
One of the best things about our day was ALL four of our swimmers cut SERIOUS time off their personal bests! Just the way the end of the season meet should be, all their hard work my driving paid off!
Andrew got the highly coveted "gold" swim cap as he was competing in a relay. He was super excited!
Our team got second place, our individual swimmers did awesome, making it a
great day and fun way to finish a fantastic season!
